Summer Seasonal Position

Do you enjoy welcoming people, telling stories, and creating memorable guest experiences?

CIRKA Distilleries is looking for a bilingual, reliable, and energetic person to join our team this summer as a Tour & Tasting Guide.

Located along the Lachine Canal in Montreal, CIRKA is an urban distillery producing gin, vodka, liqueurs, and whisky made from Quebec grain. As part of our team, you will help bring the brand to life for our visitors by leading tours, hosting tastings, and delivering a warm, engaging, and professional experience.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • welcome visitors to the distillery with professionalism and confidence
  • lead guided tours in both French and English
  • present CIRKA’s story, team, products, and production process
  • host tastings in a clear, engaging, and approachable way
  • answer visitor questions with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • help create a smooth, polished, and enjoyable guest experience
  • represent the CIRKA brand with authenticity and pride

What we’re looking for

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • confident speaking in front of small groups
  • warm, outgoing, and service-oriented
  • responsible, reliable, and punctual
  • able to retain information and share it in an engaging way
  • interest in spirits, hospitality, tourism, or cocktails is an asset
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • fully bilingual in French and English
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, tourism, or food and beverage is an asset.

Training will be provided on site.

Position details

  • part-time summer seasonal position
  • employment period: mid-May to September
  • main schedule: Saturdays 11AM to 6PM
  • hours: approximately 7 hours per week
  • compensation: $175/day
