Role Overview: As a Marketing Specialist at CIRKA, you’ll be a key member of a small, creative, and passionate team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the public face of the brand, engage directly with customers, and develop innovative campaigns that showcase our award-winning spirits. Increasing revenue through distillery activities and SAQ retail campaigns are the foundation of the role. This is a unique opportunity to bring your energy, ideas, and digital skills to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a small, hands-on team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with our brand vision to increase revenue from distillery activities.
• Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns that leverage programs available through the SAQ (Société des alcools du Québec) and social media platforms.
• Manage social media content and scheduling across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—driving engagement and growing our online presence.
• Ensure a customer-responsive approach to marketing by staying attuned to feedback, trends, and community conversations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, distillery tours, and on-site experiences that showcase our spirits and connect with consumers.
• Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to streamline content creation, improve campaign performance, and analyze marketing metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beverage, food, or lifestyle sector
• Passionate and motivated—you bring ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to take initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Social media savvy with a good understanding of visual branding and content creation
• Some knowledge or experience with AI tools
• Motivated, passionate, and a team player with a proactive attitude
• Honest, responsible, and reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Salary Range: $50k - $60k
