Hotel ballrooms and blank lofts blur together the second everyone leaves. A real distillery does not. Your guests walk past the copper stills that make the gin, sip cocktails poured a few steps from where the spirits were bottled, and head home with a story instead of a branded lanyard.

Industrial-chic and unmistakably ours, inside a working distillery on the Lachine Canal. The copper stills that make our gin and whisky are right there in the room with you.

Cocktails made on site

Our bar team pours signature cocktails built from spirits distilled in the building. Start everyone off with a Tutu Pele and let the night write itself.

A guided tour, if you want one

Add a tour and tasting to turn a 5 a 7 into an experience. Fifteen minutes in, your team stops making small talk and starts asking how whisky is actually made.

Host your offsite, board meeting, training day or planning session in a space with real character. Projector and screen, room to focus, coffee service, and the option to close the last hour with a tour and tasting. The 5 PM wrap-up that quietly turns a meeting into a 5 a 7.

Corporate gifting

Custom-label bottles, made in the building.

Thank a team, welcome a client, or send off the season with CIRKA bottles that carry your own label. Distilled and bottled a few steps from where you are standing, and quoted to your quantity.

Submit a date request through the form on this page. We will confirm availability and event details by email or phone within 1 business day.

Yes. We will confirm final numbers closer to the event.

For private 5 à 7: Two signature cocktails per guest are included in your package. Additional cocktail tickets can be added, whisky cocktails are available as an upgrade. Any extras are billed after the event.

For corporate event: We run bar service with our team. Cocktail tickets can be added. Signature cocktails are $12 each. Whisky cocktails are $14 each. Any extras are billed after the event.

You may also bring beer and wine, and our bar team can serve it alongside CIRKA cocktails.

Food is not included by default. You can add our turnkey bites service, bring your own caterer, or we can recommend trusted catering partners.

Please note: no open flame and no deep frying on site. Caterers should use an oven or hot plates for warming.

We can support basic audio needs, but more advanced setups (DJ or large sound requirements) should be provided by your vendor. Share your plan during confirmation.

We have a projector and screen available. Tell us what you need (HDMI, sound, etc.) when you request your date so we can plan setup.

Yes. DJs must bring their own equipment, including any required extensions and power bars. Please flag this in advance so we can confirm the best setup.

Corporate evenings can run up to 6 hours with a hard close at midnight and last call at 11:30 PM. Start times and timing are confirmed during the booking call.

Yes. We are in a primarily industrial area with plenty of street parking, especially after regular business hours. We also have a small on-site lot for up to 6 cars.

Your invoice will include a gratuity fee of 18% for the team that will guarantee the smooth running and the success of your event.

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Details are provided once we confirm availability and event scope.

For peak dates (Thursdays and Fridays, holiday season, and spring team events), earlier is better. If your date is flexible, we can usually find options quickly.
