LE ROYAL CLÉMENTINE SOUR

A bright, velvety citrus sour layered with winter spice and a luxurious berry-infused float. This cocktail blends the warmth of whisky with the sweetness of clementine and the creamy lift of egg white, finished with a dramatic Raspberry Cranberry Vodka float. Regal, festive, and effortlessly elegant.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Whisky #3

  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz Fresh clementine juice

  • 0.5 oz Orgeat syrup

  • 0.5 oz Egg white

  • 0.25 oz Raspberry Cranberry Vodka(for the float)

  • Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg


Method

  1. Add whisky, lemon juice, clementine juice, orgeat, and egg white to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake (no ice) for 5–7 seconds to build texture.

  3. Add ice, shake vigorously, then double strain into a coupe glass.

  4. Gently pour Raspberry Cranberry Vodka over the back of a spoon to create a clean float.

  5. Finish with a light dusting of fresh nutmeg.
