Sour Sauvage

 

When you need a little zing, the Sour Sauvage cocktail delivers a perfectly balanced punch of gin, blackberries, and sage. With a velvety foam from egg white and a touch of citrus, this cocktail is as elegant as it is playful — ideal for sharing with someone special.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin Sauvage

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup

  • 5 Fresh Blackberries

  • 2 Sage Leaves

  • 1 Egg White


How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a pre-chilled glass using a fine strainer.

  4. Garnish with a sage leaf.

  5. Optional: share with someone special and enjoy the sparks!
