CIRKA was the first grain-to-bottle distillery in Québec, working directly with local producers and distilling everything on site in Montréal. Passion follows that same philosophy: a locally made liqueur built on a distilled base from 100% Québec corn, infused with botanicals and finished with real passion fruit and ethically grown cane sugar.
The idea wasn’t to copy a generic “tropical liqueur”, but to create a clean, modern passion-fruit profile that fits Montréal’s cocktail culture, from 5 à 7 terrasses and brunches to late-night parties and cottage weekends.
