Whisky No.4

This is our fourth whisky in a series of small batch releases.  Enjoy this 4 year old whisky distilled from Quebec corn and rye using spring water sourced in St-Maurice discovered in 1894. This light whisky is easy to sip, a true delight. No colour added and non-chill filtered.

ALC/VOL : 42%
VOLUME : 750ML
BASE : 95% St-Jean corn
5% Yamachiche rye

NOSE : Complex and very aromatic with spices balanced fruitiness. Toasted nuts and leather slowly make way once it starts to open.

PALATE : Mineral and floral undertones are present while a beautiful honey-like texture coats the back of the palate and holds its ground in persistence. The rye can also be noted with spice notes accompanied by a soft roasted nutness reminiscent of fresh bread.

The finish is delicate yet spicy and emanates beautiful warmth
