Maracuya Paloma

 

A tropical twist on the classic Paloma, blending tequila with bright Passion liqueur and pink grapefruit, balanced by a touch of agave. Light, refreshing, and beautifully aromatic—perfect for sunny afternoons or vibrant evening sips.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz Tequila

  • 1.25 oz Passion Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Pink grapefruit juice

  • 0.5 oz Agave syrup

  • Garnish: Pink grapefruit wheel, fresh basil leaf

  • Rim: Fleur de sel with a pinch of dried basil


Method

  1. Rim your glass with fleur de sel mixed with a pinch of dried basil.

  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, Passion liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, and agave syrup.

  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

  4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and a fresh basil leaf.

  • Rim twist: Use finely crushed dried basil to enhance herbal aromatics.

  • Juice quality: Fresh pink grapefruit juice makes a big difference. Avoid bottled if possible.
