Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin Sauvage

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

0.25 oz Dry white vermouth (Noilly Prat)

1 oz Blueberry, anise & five-pepper syrup (see recipe below)

0.25 oz Blue Curaçao (Humble)

Garnish: Fresh thyme, citrus wheel, dehydrated orange, lavender sprig
Blueberry Syrup

Dilute 1 cup of blueberry jam in 1 cup of hot water.

Infuse with fresh thyme sprigs and whole five peppercorns for 7 hours.

Strain and store in the fridge.
Method

Fill a shaker 1/3 with ice and add gin, lemon juice, vermouth, and blueberry syrup.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Double strain into a glass.

Using the back of a spoon, gently layer blue Curaçao on top.

Garnish with a thyme sprig, citrus wheel, dehydrated orange, and a lavender sprig for a dramatic presentation.
