1.75 oz Whisky No4

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Orgeat (Almond Syrup)

1.75 oz Pear Nectar

0.5 oz Egg White (about half an egg white)

Pear Slice & Nutmeg, for garnish
How to Make It

In a shaker with ice, combine whisky, lemon juice, orgeat, pear nectar, and egg white.

Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy.

Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a pear slice and a light sprinkle of nutmeg.
Pro Tip

For extra foam, dry shake first (without ice), then shake again with ice.
