Located along Montreal’s historic Lachine Canal, CIRKA is proud to be Quebec’s first grain-to-bottle distillery. We transform locally sourced grains and botanicals into award-winning spirits.
Join us for a guided tour and tasting, learn about our unique distillation process, and enjoy a selection of whisky, gin, vodka, and liqueurs.
The Experience
Step inside CIRKA Distilleries and see where Québec’s first grain-to-bottle spirits are born. Guided by our passionate team members, you’ll learn how we transform local grains, botanicals, and fruits into exceptional whisky, gin, vodka, and liqueurs.
Your Tour Includes:
- Welcome cocktail
- Guided walk through our distillery and production areas
- Insight into the grain-to-bottle distilling process
- Tasting of our core range spirits
- Optional whisky tasting upgrade (+$15)
- Duration: approx. 1.5 hours
(Small groups ensure a personal and immersive experience.)
