CIRKA approaches vodka differently.
It is a carefully constructed expression of grain, precision and distillation. It begins with locally grown Québec corn, milled to exact specifications to extract maximum natural sugars. From there, fermentation, distillation and filtration are executed with complete control to shape texture, smoothness and clarity.
The result is a collection of vodkas that are exceptionally smooth, but never empty.
