CHILI VODKA
CHILI MARGARITA
Spicy, smoky, sweet, tart lo quiero todo. Caliente.
1-1/2 oz Chili Vodka
1-1/2 oz lime juice (fresh squeezed)
1/2 oz orange juice (fresh squeezed)
1 oz Agave syrup
Holy mole rimming powder
Ginger beer (optional)
Wet the edge of a glass with lime juice. Dip the glass in Holy mole powder and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice add all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Add ice to your rimmed glass taken care not to remove your rim. Strain your cocktail into the glass. Garnish with fresh lime wheels or wedges. Pasar bien!
To kick it up a notch top with a splash of ginger beer.

Mix the following proportions:
1/4 Himalayan pink salt
1/4 ground pink pepper
1/2 85% cocoa powder
Store in a lidded jar in a dry cool location for up to a month.

1-1/2 oz Chili Vodka
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sake
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Sesame oil
1/4 oz fish sauce
Walter's original caesar mix
Asian spice powder
Brochette with dumpling (or gyoza), marinated ginger, seared shrimp and lime wheel
Rim a tall glass with Asian spice. Add all ingredients except the caesar mix. Gently stir adding ice to the 2/3 of glass. Top off with ceaser mix. Garnish with brochette and fresh twig of cilantro.
Crush dried wasabi peas, fine minced garlic, pink Himalayan salt and a touch of panko.
