Whisky No.2

This is our second whisky in a series of small batch releases. A triple cask, four year single grain whisky made of local Quebec corn. Matured in new American white oak and finished with a combination of ex rye and Sauternes casks. No added colour and non-chill filtered.

ALC/VOL : 48%
VOLUME : 750ML
BASE : 100% local Québec corn

NOSE : Dry with hints of caramelized banana

PALATE : Warm rounded mouthfeel with hints of spice adding to its complexity. Undertones of toasted bread and a finish of flint and citrus.

An incredible single grain whisky with carefully selected wood to coax out subtle flavour and wonderful complexity. A delight to discover!
