GILFORD
1-1/2 oz Vodka Terroir
1 oz Orgeat almond Syrup
1/4 oz Absinthe
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
In a shaker without ice add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Fill shaker with ice and shake again. Filter into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with crushed toasted almonds.
