vodka terroir cocktails

1 1/2 oz Vodka Terroir
1 oz clementine syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
Mix all ingredients together, excluding the ginger beer and shake. Filter and pour into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with mint leaves or lemon wheels.
Top with ginger beer. Enjoy!

Combine 500g of sugar with 500ml of water in a pot over medium to low heat.
Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved then add 4 halved clementines with 4 star anise and 5 cloves.
Let simmer for 30-45 minutes. With tongs remove clementines, while squeezing out the juice, then remove star anise and clove.
Let cool and filter through a strainer.
The syrup will keep in your refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Lean a little to the side when heading into a curve and you'll come out on top. Don't spill a drop.
