1/2 oz Vodka Terroir
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz club soda
3 strawberries
basil for garnish

In a shaker, muddle the strawberries, then shake all the ingredients with the ice except the soda and basil. Strain into a chilled wine glass or highball with new ice. Top with soda or water and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with basil and strawberries.
