NAVY STRENGTH GIN
In the early 21st century, a ship transporting barreled gin, exotic spices and citrus preserves catches fire off the coast of Venezuela. The survivors gather what floats to shore and make cocktails.
1.5 oz Cirka Navy Strength Gin
3/4 oz spice route syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes angostura orange bitters
2 lime wedges
In a shaker, muddle the 2 lime wedges with Cirka Navy Strength Gin. Add the other ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled glass with more ice. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters and a lime wheel.
Take your time to be rescued.
