Voyage autour du gin

As part of the Voyage Autour Du Gin tour, we welcome Lukas Lavoie who will offer you an enriching workshop in three parts. The workshop includes the tasting of 6 gins, including two from our distillery.

During this educational session, Lukas will teach you the tips and techniques to better enjoy gin.

Accompanied by historical facts, the educational part will allow you to differentiate, understand and better appreciate the different styles of gins. Lukas will take you on a journey through the aromatic components of Genever, Old Tom, London Dry, Navy Strength, or even Compound, New Western, Aged Gin and gin liqueurs.

The workshop will conclude with a visit to our distillery to learn more about the design of grain-to-bottle spirits.
