Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin Limonea

  • 0.25 oz fresh pineapple juice

  • 3 lime wheels

  • tonic water (to top)

Glass: tumbler
Garnish: lemongrass ribbon or fresh celery ribbon
Ice: crushed ice


How to Make It

  1. Fill a tumbler generously with crushed ice.

  2. Add Limonea and fresh pineapple juice.

  3. Add the lime wheels directly to the glass.

  4. Top with tonic water.
