This playful take on the classic Paloma leans fully into citrus. CIRKA Pomelo takes centre stage with its vibrant bittersweet grapefruit character, while tequila or agave liqueur provides structure and warmth. A touch of fresh lime sharpens the edges, and a splash of soda keeps everything bright, crisp, and endlessly refreshing. It's sunshine in a glass with just enough attitude to keep you coming back.


Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz CIRKA Pomelo

  • 1.5 oz tequila or agave liqueur

  • 0.25 oz fresh lime juice

  • soda water or grapefruit soda (to complete)

Glass: Old Fashioned glass or tumbler
Garnish: grapefruit wheel
Rim: sea salt


How to Make It

  1. Rim the glass with sea salt.

  2. Place a grapefruit wheel in the bottom of the glass.

  3. Fill the glass generously with ice.

  4. Add CIRKA Pomelo, tequila or agave liqueur, and fresh lime juice.

  5. Complete with soda water or your favourite grapefruit soda.

  6. Stir gently with a bar spoon and serve.
