Warm, spicy, and indulgent, the perfect cocktail to cozy up during the colder months. Chili vodka, coconut milk, pineapple, and rich chocolate syrup blend into a creamy, velvety drink with a decadent spiced sugar and nut rim.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Chili Vodka

  • 1.25 oz Coconut milk 

  • 0.25 oz Pineapple juice 

  • 0.75 oz Chocolate syrup

  • 1 oz Egg white

  • Rim: Raw cane sugar, crushed nuts, allspice

  • 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters (Fee Brothers, optional)

  • Garnish: Dark chocolate shavings (75%)


Method

  1. Prepare the rim: mix raw cane sugar, crushed nuts, and a pinch of allspice.

  2. Dip the glass rim in pineapple juice and coat with the prepared sugar-nut mixture.

  3. In a shaker, combine chili vodka, coconut milk, pineapple juice, chocolate syrup, and egg white.

  4. Shake vigorously until smooth and frothy.

  5. Strain into a martini glass with the prepared rim.

  6. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.


Pro Tips

  • Spice balance: Adjust the allspice or Chili Vodka intensity to suit your heat preference.

  • Egg white froth: Shake without ice first (dry shake) for a richer, creamier foam, then shake with ice.

  • Chocolate garnish: Use a microplane for fine shavings or chunks for a more dramatic look.
