1.5 oz Gin Sauvage (or Navy Strength Gin)

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

0.5 oz Egg White

3 dashes Lime Kefir Bitters (optional)

Dash of Angostura Bitters for garnish
How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
