Crisp, fruity, and subtly sweet, The Orchard cocktail celebrates the flavors of Quebec with Vodka Terroir, fresh apple juice, and maple syrup, finished with sparkling apple cider for a bubbly lift. Perfect for brunches, autumn evenings, or anytime you want a taste of orchard freshness.


Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 oz Vodka Terroir

  • 1 oz Cold-pressed apple juice

  • 1/2 oz Quebec maple syrup

  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • Angostura bitters, a few dashes

  • Sparkling apple cider, to top


How to make it

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, apple juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters.

  2. Shake vigorously until chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Top slowly with sparkling apple cider.

  5. Garnish with sliced apples dipped in lemon juice.
