1-1/2 oz Navy Strength Gin
1/4 oz amaro, preferable Nonino Quintessentia
1/4 oz lime juice
2 oz black cherry juice
3 dashes of chocolate bitters (optional)
1 slice of fresh or dehydrated lime
Aromatic Tonic Water
Fresh cherries and sage leaf

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all the ingredients and stir with a bar spoon. Using a strainer pour into chilled coupette. Add a splash of aromatic tonic.

Garnish with a twist of lemon around a skewered cherry. Lay a sage leaf on top.
