2 oz Gin Sauvage
5 oz Quality Tonic Water
Aromatics

Fill a large balloon glass with ice. Add aromatics you have on hand such as rosemary, mint, basil, juniper berries, peppercorns, star anise and edible flowers. Pour in the gin and top with tonic water. Give it a gentle stir.

Garnish with lemon wheels.
