1-3/4 oz Whisky No4
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Orgeat (almond syrup)
1-3/4 oz Pear nectar
Egg white

In a shaker filled with ice combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a slice of pear and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
