1-1/2 oz Chili Vodka
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sake
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Sesame oil
1/4 oz fish sauce
Walter's original caesar mix
Asian spice powder

Brochette with dumpling (or gyoza), marinated ginger, seared shrimp and lime wheel 

Rim a tall glass with Asian spice. Add all ingredients except the caesar mix. Gently stir adding ice to the 2/3 of glass. Top off with ceaser mix. Garnish with brochette and fresh twig of cilantro.

Asian spice : Crush dried wasabi peas, fine minced garlic, pink Himalayan salt and a touch of panko.
