AUTUMN SOUR
1-1/2 oz Gin Sauvage
1 oz Bergamot & Fig Mix
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz water
1 egg white
Assemble all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice to your shaker and shake once again. Pour into a pre-chilled glass while using a fine filter.
Garnish with star anise and lightly sprinkled nutmeg.
