1-1/2 oz Vodka Terroir
1 oz Clementine syrup
3/4 oz Lime juice
In a shaker filled with ice add all ingredients except the ginger beer. Shake vigorously. Filter and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer.
Garnish with lime wheels and mint.
Clementine Syrup: Bring to boil 500ml of water with 6 clementine sliced in half, 3 star anise and 4 cloves. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cover and let infuse for 10 minutes. Let cool. Once at room temperature, filter and store in an airtight container in the fridge to keep for up to 1 month.
