Sweet, herbal, and just a little bit daring. The Passionate Kiss layers passion liqueur with fresh tarragon syrup, bitter aperitif, and sparkling cava for a cocktail that’s as bold as it is romantic. Perfect for celebrations—or when you just want to toast love itself.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Passion Liqueur

  • 1 oz Tarragon Syrup (recipe below)

  • 3/4 oz Campari or Aperol

  • Cava, Prosecco, or your favorite sparkling wine

  • Edible flowers, for garnish


How to Make It

  1. Fill a large stem glass with ice.

  2. Add passion liqueur and tarragon syrup. Stir gently with a bar spoon.

  3. Top with cava or prosecco.

  4. Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour Campari to create a layered effect.

  5. Garnish with edible flowers.


Tarragon Syrup Recipe

  • Bring 500 ml of water to a boil with a generous handful of fresh tarragon leaves (stems removed to avoid bitterness).

  • Cover and let infuse for 10 minutes.

  • Cool to room temperature, strain, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.

  • Layer with care: Pour Campari slowly over the back of a spoon for a flawless gradient effect.

  • Presentation matters: Edible flowers make this cocktail unforgettable.
