The Sour Blush is a vibrant twist on the classic sour, combining Raspberry Cranberry Vodka, citrus, and a touch of orange liqueur. Lightly sweetened and shaken with an emulsifier for that velvety foam, it’s a perfectly balanced drink that feels both elegant and approachable.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Raspberry Cranberry Vodka

  • 0.5 oz Napoleon-style Orange Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon & Lime Juice

  • 0.75 oz Emulsifier (egg white, aquafaba, or foaming agent)

  • Garnish: citrus twist, or a few drops of bitters

How to Make It

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake for 10–15 seconds to build the foam.

  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well chilled, about 12 to 15 seconds.

  3. Strain into a coupe or sour glass. For a tighter foam, fine strain.

  4. Garnish with a citrus twist or a few drops of bitters.
