The Gilford is a luxurious, nut-forward cocktail that combines Vodka Terroir with orgeat almond syrup, bright lemon, and a hint of absinthe. Silky egg white foam creates a smooth texture, while crushed toasted almonds add aroma and crunch — perfect for an elevated aperitif or evening indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 oz Vodka Terroir

  • 1 oz Orgeat almond syrup

  • 1/4 oz Absinthe

  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Egg white


How to make it

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously.

  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy.

  3. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with crushed toasted almonds for a nutty aroma and texture.

  • Dry shake first to fully emulsify the egg white, then shake with ice for a creamy texture.

  • Lightly toast almonds just before garnishing to release their oils and aroma.
