1 oz Clementine Syrup (recipe below)

0.75 oz Lime Juice

How to Make It

Add Folklore Liqueur, clementine syrup, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.

Shake well until chilled.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Clementine Syrup Recipe

Combine 500 g sugar with 500 ml water in a pot over medium-low heat.

Stir until sugar dissolves, then add 4 halved clementines, 4 star anise, and 5 cloves.

Let simmer for 30–45 minutes.

Remove clementines with tongs, squeezing to release juice. Remove spices.
